ELIGIBILITY FOR EXHIBITING
The products or services to be exhibited are of professional, educational interest, or of benefit to the attendees. MNRS determines the applicant to be ethical and reputable, and the goods and services to be exhibited are reasonably believed by MNRS not to be harmful, ineffective, or illegal. The Midwest Nursing Research Society (MNRS) Annual Conference aims to enhance our members’ professional development. Accordingly, MNRS reserves the exclusive and total right to control all aspects of the conduct of the meeting attendees and exhibitors. MNRS expressly reserves the right to determine the acceptability of applications for exhibit space.

REGISTRATION & ADDITIONAL
EXHIBITOR ONLY PASSES
Additional “exhibitor only” passes are available for $185 each; limit of three (3). The “exhibitor only” passes do NOT include admission to conference science sessions.
**All exhibitors MUST register in advance using the conference registration site. The Executive Office will share a special registration code with exhibitors to ensure the complimentary pass.
Cancellation
Cancellations for Exhibitor Booths may occur on or before February 25, 2026. Refunds will not be given once payment has been received.
*This map is meant to provide a general example of the planned layout of exhibitors at the 2026 MNRS Annual Conference. MNRS wants to provide the
best possible experience for exhibitors, attendees, and staff. Therefore, exhibit locations are subject to change based on conference needs. Exhibitors who have already chosen their locations upon any necessary changes will be notified and, if possible, may be given the opportunity to choose a new location based on availability. Exhibit location preferences are granted on a first-come, first-served basis after full payment has been received. If you are a for-profit organization, your booth is not reserved until you have paid the for-profit booth fee found on the sponsorship packages screen.
