  • Displays & Giveaways: Booths and displays must not obstruct neighboring exhibitors or disrupt meeting activities. Promotional items must be appropriate, professional, and compliant with venue safety standards.
  • Food & Beverage: Exhibitors and sponsors may not distribute open or unpackaged food items. Any food or beverage provided must be individually sealed or arranged through official conference catering services.
  • Promotional Materials: Materials must align with MNRS’ mission and values. MNRS reserves the right to remove or restrict displays or materials deemed inappropriate.
